  1. Do you grant rights to specified international territories?
  2. We have a distribution/licensing agreement that does grant exclusive rights to territories. SCD Probiotics® will help our international partner to register the products for importation into the territory and to prepare for sale within the territory. SCD Probiotics® expertise in the technology and product documentation will provide a seamless registration process. We have done it many times before and with help from the local partner, will tailor the documents to meet any regulatory requirements.
  3. Is it possible to become a licensed producer of SCD Probiotics® products?
  4. For territories where volume necessitates local production, SCD Probiotics® research and manufacturing partner, BioSyntropy Solutions (“B2S”), has developed a multiple step process to transfer production know-how. This includes proprietary formulations,culturing processes and quality control standards. Needless to say, potential licensees must be able to meet exacting standards for technical understanding and experience,quality, consistency, cleanliness and purity.

    Once qualifications have been met, B2S’ fermentation experts will work with distributors to customize formulation and raw materials to meet local regulatory compliance, marketing preferences and availability of materials.
  5. Is SCD Probiotics an international company? In what parts of the world are SCD Probiotics® products currently being sold?

SCD Probiotics® currently has business relationships with individuals and organizations in Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bhutan, Brazil, Canada, China - Hong Kong, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus (Greek part), Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Korea - North, Korea - South, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Namibia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia , Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Czech Republic, UK,Turkey and more.
  7. What are the necessary qualifications for export purchases?

For international partnerships, we are currently looking for established SCD Probiotics Mother Cultures™ producers or distributors with existing markets, however, organizations that are highly qualified through both technical understanding and financial wherewithal will be considered for distributorship/ partnership agreements. Product buyers merely have to meet payment terms and be able to import the goods into their areas.
  9. What are the rights privileges and obligations of an SCD Probiotics® international distributor?
  10. Distributors are granted exclusive rights to SCD Probiotics® products with the expectation that they will conduct their business in a professional manner which will reflect positively upon their own organization and ours. Specifically, they are expected to promote the sales and marketing of the products through adequate marketing, sales and order fulfillment staffs and program activities, to maintain adequate and balanced inventories and to handle all inquiries, orders, customer service request and other activities in a prompt, profitable and businesslike fashion.

    SCD Probiotics® wants to develop partnerships built on superior customer service, trust and flexibility. With that as our mission, we are committed to working closely with our distributors to understand their needs and business landscape. Whether is marketing, logistics, regulatory or technical assistance, an SCD Probiotics® or B2S representative is always available.
  11. What types of programs do you have for exporting products?
  12. Our arrangements range all the way from selling individual products to individual buyers to establishing exclusive territorial distribution rights and partnerships for our entire range of products.
