- I have mold in my garage. What concentration is needed for mold? How often should I treat the areas on drywall?

For the first week, use the dilution rate of 1:300 water three times a week then decrease the rate to 1:500 on ongoing applications. Wipe it down first to get rid of any mold that might be on the surface. This will give the microbes less to fight off when they are first applied.
