experimental farmland owned by Warsaw
University of Life Sciences
Company Description - 500ha of farmland of mostly
potatoes and corn. No crop rotation practices as
observed. Potatoes are grown for Frito Lay.
Application - Em Farma Plus (known globally as SCD
Bio Ag) is used in the following applications: Soil and
crop improvement, conditioning crop in storage
areas, inoculate organic waste. Organic waste is used
to fertilize fields.
Visit Outline
1. Overview of the farmland and presentation
2. Visit farmland where potatoes have been grown
for 11 years. Probiotics are applied annually.
3. Visiting the storage area where probiotics are
sprayed to preserve crops.
4. Visitors will also have a chance to smell probiotics
at work – there is a section where potato waste is
piled, inoculated with Em Farm Plus.
