To start indoor composting: Cover the bottom of the All Seasons Indoor Composter bucket with a layer of either All Seasons Bokashi or Liquid Bokashi. Place fresh food scraps in the bucket, thoroughly coating every layer of scraps with a layer of Bokashi compost starter. Close the lid tightly after every use to ensure an anaerobic (oxygen-free/closed-air) environment. Oxygen can cause odor during the composting process. Make sure to drain liquid frequently to prevent putrefaction.
Once your bucket is filled to capacity, bury the bucket contents—your compost—directly in soil—or let the food waste continue to ferment for two weeks, draining the liquid compost tea every 1-3 days. Then transfer compost from your bucket to your garden or planter. Allow at least two more weeks for the fermentation process to continue in the soil before planting your favorite veggies, flowers, trees, or more.

I have so much anxiety around throwing away food - there is already so much food waste happening every day and I hate knowing that I contribute to that. My Indoor Composter makes me feel like I'm doing my part in helping the planet, AND it is a genius product to boot! Literally no smell, the little composting flakes kind of feel and smell like bran cereal, and draining the juice every day is...,kind of really fun? I'm so so happy with my purchase and am recommending it to all my friends.
This has completely changed how I compost at home! It has a good volume, and it's about halfway full after about a month of being used by 4 people. There's no smell, and it couldn't be easier than just putting scraps in the bin and spraying the Bokashi. My only worry is that it won't be usable once it's full- we'll have to wait until the remaining waste is eventually fully fermented, detoxified, and planted.
I like that I can dump my kitchen compost indoors during winter. I probably get about a month, and then I have to dump it outside, which means it doesn't get too far in the anaerobic stage before going into the regular aerobic pile, but that's ok. If I didn't have an outdoor pile I'd probably need 3 of these (at least) to allow enough time for it to sit until it's ready to spread in the garden, and still have room for new scraps. I used the compost tea when planting new trees and they seemed to like it. Good product.
